[スピリッツ・オブ "エリック・バードン" シリーズ(ジュエルケース)] 国内初出音源。歌詞対訳つき。74年にユナイテッド・アーティスツにより製作が企画されながらもオクラ入りになった映画「Mirage」のサウンドトラック盤。当然ながら本作も当時は陽の目を見ることがなかった。アニマルズ～ウォーを経て結成したエリック・バードン・バンドのデビュー作「暁の神秘(Sun Screts)」に続き、レコーディングされた本作は、当時の充実したバンド状態を反映した熱気のある仕上がり。中でもジミ・ヘンドリックスが死を迎える夜に書いた最後の詩「'The Story Of Jesus'」にエリックが曲をつけたタイトル曲の「Mirage」は涙モノの名演!!
