常に濃厚な内容の作品を世に送り出しているオランダ人アーティスト、アルイエン・アンソニー・ルカッセンによるSTAR ONEプロジェクト。スティーヴ・ヴァイ、マイケル・ロメオ他、30人を超えるゲストを招いて再始動! 前作『Transitus』がヴォーカルに重点が置かれていたが、本作は対照的にヘヴィなギターリフを始めとしたパフォーマンスにフォーカス。今作のCD1、CD2 は同じ楽曲が収録されているが、それぞれ異なるシンガーを起用するという画期的な試みが図られている。これは最初から意図されたものではなく、多くのミュージシャンにオファーしたところ、ほぼ全員から参加したいという返事があったため、大ボリュームの内容になったとの事。また、スティーヴ・ヴァイ、マイケル・ロメオ他、計30人を超える豪華なゲストに注目が集まっている。CD3には全楽曲のインストゥルメンタルを収録。ブルーレイ・アートブック&ポスター付き。
