[Machine Translation] World-class guitarist Pat Metheny finally releases the first album of his "SIDE-EYE Project," in which he performs new interpretations of his past songs and new songs with new members. This album is the result of Metheny's new initiative, the "SIDE-EYE Project". The album contains 4 live recordings and 4 studio recordings made in New York City just before the pandemic locked down the US. In addition to Metheny, the album is parsonneled by the phenomenally talented pianist/organist/keyboardist James Francies and Marcus Gilmore on drums. Together, Metheny has created new original compositions as well as creative re-imaginings of popular songs from Metheny's repertoire, such as "Timeline," which he once performed with Michael Brecker and Elvin Jones.
