[Machine Translation] Viking metal roars from the land of the midnight sun. From Europe to America to the world... Enslaved's new album, a crossroad of extreme metal, progressive metal, and Viking traditions, is finally complete. Enslaved, a Norway-based Viking metal band formed in 1981, signed a worldwide contract with the NUCLEAR BLAST label in 2012, and has since expanded their activities in Europe and North America. They have now released their new album "IN TIME", which follows their previous album "RIIRIIR" released in 2012. Like the previous two albums, the album is produced by band members Ivar Bjornson, Herbrand Larsen, Grutle Kjellson, and Iver Sandoy, who has produced for many Scandinavian metal bands. Recording took place at the band's studio in Bergen and at a remote studio in Valevag. German specialist magazines such as METAL HAMMER and LEGACY have already given "IN TIMES" high praise, including naming it "Album of the Month" and giving it high marks in their reviews, indicating the high expectations for the new album. The band will also be touring in North America from March 5, which is around the time of the album's release. As Germany's ROCK HARD magazine has described, "Extreme metal, progressive rock, and Viking traditions come together to create one perfect work of art. Their sound is a blend of aggressive extreme metal, progressive metal, and lyrics rooted in Viking lore and mythology, creating a unique worldview that is both intense and majestic. The artwork has been created by Norwegian artist Truls Espedal since 2001, adding another dimension to the artistry of the album.
