It's quite a small eyebrow brush due to the short handle. I chose water badger instead of racoon bristle for eyebrow brush is because I prefer stiff one for better control, which impression is also coming from my favorite Hakuhodo S163. But the bristle of No.414 brush is softer and longer than I expected, so I'm still trying to get used to it and find the best way to do the control when drawing the eyebrow. However, the width of the ferrule and the thickness of the bristle just fit my demand, so I think it's still a good eye brush.
