I was really looking forward to this brush because of the fluffiness. The reviews I saw made me want to buy, however, for my foundation application, it was very streaky. For the price point and quality, I would have bet it didn’t, but it does. I am disappointed about that. I haven’t tried it for powder foundation so I have yet to see it I like it for that. Liquid foundation is a no no for me.

I was really excited to receive this brush due to the puffy shape being good for applying foundation. Maybe I received a bad brush, but it feels incredibly pokey on my skin. When I look closely at the bristles, it almost seems like some have been bundled upside down so the thick edge is on the outside, rather than the tip of the hair. I expected better from Chikuhodo as their other brushes are amazing.
