近年、建設労働者の未経験者の増加、高齢化と外国人労働者の増加等で、労働災害は、増加傾向にあり、墜落・転落、重機・クレーン、崩壊・倒壊といった三大災害による死亡者数は、現在も約80%を占めています。また、災害発生要因として、労働者の不安全行動(ヒューマンエラー)に起因する災害が多く発生しています。本書は平成24年に第2版を出版しましたが、災害内容が多様化し、安全対策・ヒューマンエラー対策もより効果的・有効性のある対策が多く出てまいりましたので、今回これらを整理・改訂しました。改訂にあたり、対策事例は、「教育を通じた対策」「協調、強化に基づく対策」「模範の教示による対策」「工学的な対策」の4つに分類しています。本書がヒューマンエラーによる災害防止のために、より多くの皆さんに活用して頂ければ幸いです。
