Web上でほとんど音源を聴くことができない状況ながら、2月から通販限定販売を行った1stシングルが1000枚即完売、9月19日にリリースした7インチアナログ盤も品薄と、その動向に高い注目を浴びる彼ら。初作で渋谷系シティーポップを踏襲した洗練・緻密な音楽性を見せていましたが、今作では、さらなる深みへ到達。レコーディングメンバーに吉田ヨウヘイ、元・森は生きているの竹川悟志、若手ジャズドラマー石若駿、ASA-CHANG&巡礼の須原杏など、新進気鋭のミュージシャンを迎え、次世代の音楽を体現するようなネオ・ポップとも言える革新的な名盤が誕生しました。
