This album is based on 70's American rock and mainly contains ballads. It will also include self covers of songs provided to Masayuki Suzuki, "Kimi" and "Still live in my heart", and "REALIZE", a song provided to Eiko Matsumoto.

チン☆パラの作品にプロデュース/コーラス・アレンジャーとして参加し、長年のキャリアで培った実力を発揮する、安部恭弘のミニ・アルバム・リリース!! 7年ぶりとなったアルバム「4 New Comer」と本作、2003年6月発売予定のミニ・アルバムを、1つのシリーズとして発表。本作は70年代アメリカン・ロックをベースに、バラード系をメインに収録。更に鈴木雅之への提供曲「君」「Still live in my heart」、松本英子への提供曲「REALIZE」のセルフ・カヴァーも収録予定。
