イギリスで結成され、NWOBHMの遺伝子を色濃く受け継いだ正統派メロディック・ロック・バンドとして高い評価を得たLIONSHEARTのデビュー作 (1992年リリース)。デビュー・アルバムにしてバンド最高傑作と名高く、そのHR/HM史に名を遺す不朽の名作が、オリジナル・リリース後約30年を経て日本では初の再発。また今回の再発に際して本作はリマスター仕様、かつSHM-CD仕様になっている。そして今回はオウアーズ兄弟が本再発のために提供してくれた、デモ・ヴァージョンをボーナス・トラックとして1曲を追加収録しており、コレクターには嬉しい仕様となっている。
