2017年8月に活動の再開をアナウンスしてから、セルフカバーアルバムのリリースと全国ワンマンツアーを行い、その活動に一区切りをつけたEins:Vier。今回、そのツアーファイナルのTSUTAYA O-WESTでのライブが全編収録DVD作品としてリリース。このDVDは、バンドのラストツアーとなった「Tour2018"Searching ForYou」のツアーファイナルTSUTAYA O-WEST公演の模様を映像化したものと、20年ぶ振りのMVとなった「In Your Dream」や前述のツアーファイナルのドキュメント、STAFF撮影によるツアーでのライブダイジェストを収録した2枚組仕様。8Pブックレット、復刻版ロゴステッカー2種封入。
