青森県三沢市出身。工藤帆乃佳 (Vo&G)、安部遥音 (G)、種市悠人 (Key)からなる3ピースバンド。このたび、SWALLOW初となる1stアルバム『温室育ち』(全14曲)をリリースすることが決定。2020年6月1日にNo titleからSWALLOWにバンド名を改名して以来、これまでリリースしてきた10枚のシングルに加え、ライブやYouTubeで公開されファンからもリリースを望む声が多い「涙雨」、そして本邦初公開となる「午睡」の2曲を新たに収録。さらに、SWALLOWの前身となるNo title時代の人気楽曲2曲「ねがいごと」「アオゾラ」も収録したファン待望の内容となっている。またCD版は、地元青森県三沢市で撮り下ろしたジャケット写真やブックレット写真を収めたファン垂涎のコレクターズアイテム仕様。
