命がけのラブソング「あたしの心臓あげる」、あなたと対になることを痛切に願う「はさみ」に続く、黒木流のラブソング作品。表題曲は、前作をさらに上回るキャッチーなメロディ、爆走するスピード感。陽気な混沌をぶちまけるスガダイロー(渋さ知らズ)のピアノと、複雑なリズムパターンを踏み越えて突っ走る柏倉隆史(toe, the HIATUS)のドラムが一発で耳に残る、明快なロック・チューン。「エジソン」は、独特のリズムの揺れと言葉に合わせてサウンドが変化してゆく緻密でドラマチックかつきわめて肉感的なラブソング。ギターの田渕ひさ子(bloodthirsty, butchers, toddle)、ドラムのBOBO(MIYAVI, フジファブリック)という、凄腕メンバーが快演。「レスポール」は、童謡と前衛ジャズを混ぜたようなひねりの効いた音作りが特徴的な一曲。 限定盤は、4月11日 東京グローブ座のワンマンライブ音源 (曲目未定)付き。
