1973's 'Lark's Tongue In Aspic' is my favorite King Crimson album with 'Red' and both are certainly "desert island" stuff. Robert Fripp is one of the rock composer (and guitarist) who understand the importance of silence into the music. Most of Crimson's music as aged gracefully contrary to that of many of their contemporaries from the progressive rock era. (or maybe I'm biased and am just a dinausor.)
