「月光仮面誕生50周年」を契機として、宣弘社がネガフィルムからHDテレシネを敢行。10分の帯番組として放送された第1部の爆発的人気を受け、30分フォーマットのテレビ映画として新たに製作された第2部。「月光仮面」といえば、この第2部を指すといわれるほど有名なシリーズである。バラダイ王国に敵対したサタン一族の末裔「サタンの爪」が奪った「地の鍵」、東南アジアのジャングルで謎の老人が手渡した「人の鍵」、大阪に住むシャバナン殿下の愛人とその娘フジコが持つ「天の鍵」。600年前に滅んだバラダイ王国の時価2000万ドルといわれる秘宝の在り処を示す「天、地、人」の3つの鍵を巡り、東京・大阪・東南アジアを舞台に月光仮面と悪の一味「サタンの爪」により繰り広げられる一大冒険スペクタクル。全21話収録の3巻組。
