イギリスの国民的バンド、ステイタス・クォーが"Pye"在籍時代に発表した初期3作品をリマスター・リイシュー! バンドにとって2作目となり、サイケ・サウンドが取り入れられた最後のアルバム。リリースされた1969年4月当初はそこまで話題となった作品ではないが、今となっては多くのファンがいるのが事実。同作のリリース後、ステイタス・クォーはよりハード・ロック、さらにはブギー・バンドへと姿を変えていく。バンドのローディであるボブ・ヤングのソングライティングの才能が初めて発揮されたアルバムで、その後彼は多くのバンドのヒット作品を手がける共作者の道を進むこととなる。ステイタス・クォーにとって最も過小評価されている作品のリマスターがこの度登場。歌詞対訳、全作品共通ライナーノーツ (伊藤政則)付。
