2021年02月06日、富山・Club MAIROにて行われた「LIVE and DIRECT」ライブ公演を映像化。コロナ禍で次々とライブハウスが閉店に追い込まれてる日本、富山も例に漏れず20年続いたクラブがまた一つ消えることとなった。富山のシーンを語る上で決して外せない、20年間共に在り続けた証として映像に残しておきたかった場所でのLIVE。「観客の数? 無観客だろうが関係ねぇ～ありのままを届けるぜ!」現在Newアルバムも制作真っ只中、アルバム収録予定となる未発表曲や昭和の兄弟の未発表音源でのLIVEも収録。楽曲制作当時の想いも語るシバキマン本人のインタビューと共に送るおよそ60分の映像。
