『携帯彼氏』『携帯彼女』に続く、ノンストップホラーサスペンスシリーズ第4弾! 家庭教師アプリのケータイ教師がひきこもりの少女を襲う! ――巷で流行っているというスマートフォンを使った美少女育成ゲーム・アイドルプラス。アニメ好きの和也(志尊淳)はオタク仲間から教えられ、そのデジタルアイドル・アカネ(荻野可鈴)にハマッていく。ある日、オタク嫌いの勝気なクラスメート・杏子(逢沢りな)からアイドルプラスのアプリを消去して欲しいと相談される。昔の友達から突然転送されてきて困っているという。生身の女のコが苦手な和也は嫌々協力するが、なぜかアプリは削除できない。調べていくとそのゲームには点数が0になるとプレイヤーが死ぬという噂があることが分かる。杏子に転送してきた友達も死亡していた。和也はアイドル・アカネを順調に育てていたが、杏子の携帯に棲みついたアイドル・ミドリは育成がうまくいかずどんどん点数が下がっていく。2人の周辺でもプレイヤーが次々に死亡。疲弊していく杏子を救おうとする和也にアカネが嫉妬し点数が下がり始める。窮地に立たされた2人はネット空間に入り込み、デジタルアイドルたちに立ち向かう!
