The band had been growing by experimenting with new songs in live performances, but when they were unable to perform live, the members had numerous discussions, conflicts, and trial and error to reach the ideal form and complete the album. Orion and Sunflower Seeds, which were released as limited singles, have been updated and re-recorded as new versions.

前作「私は月には行かないだろう」から1年半にも満たないペースでリリースされる8thアルバム。しかし、実際の制作はこれまでで最も長い時間を費やした。ライブで新曲を試しながら成長させていくバンドが、ライブが出来ない状況において、メンバーで何度も話し合い、衝突し、試行錯誤しながら、理想的な形に到達し完成させた。限定シングルとしてリリースされていたOrion、ひまわりの種もアップデートして再録した新verとなっている。
