Description
The comedy reunites Oscar-winning actors Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau. Set in a small town in Minnesota, the film centers on John and Max (Lemmon and Matthau), the elderly blokes have been fighting for more than 50 years since their childhood. One day, a beautiful widow (the eternally gorgeous Ann-Margret) moves in next door, and they both want to get close to her..... Ossie Davis, Daryl Hannah, Kevin Pollak and Buck Henry co-star, along with the late Burgess Meredith who is hilarious as Lemmon's father. The two lovable leads are gone now but they have left the world a legacy of some of the funniest comedies ever made, including 'The Odd Couple' and this one.
