結成21年目を迎えた神奈川県の3ピースバンド・STOMPIN' BIRDの、オリジナルアルバムとしては5年ぶりとなるアルバム。今作もロックンロールを軸に、メロディックパンクやスカ、ロカビリーなど、様々な要素を散りばめたハイテンションな彼ららしい楽曲に加え、既にライブ定番曲となっている「Tell Me」「Now or Never」、海外バンドも多数参加しているオムニバスに収録された「Light It Up」の新録を含む全11曲収録。2014年、結成20周年を記念して地元神奈川の野外で行われた「ONE MAN FREE LIVE」より、ライブ定番曲12曲を抜粋したライブDVDとの2枚組。
