[Machine Translation] The up-and-coming musician, who is also the main composer of cero, has created his first solo work, an album of 10 songs inspired by paintings and installations and constructed by layering various textures such as strings, woodwinds, and sampling. The album features Hiroki Chiba on bass and co-producer, Kento Watari on drums, Masashi Sekiguchi, Kanoh Tajima, An Suhara, and Yuri Matsumoto on strings, Shuntaro Oishi on horns, Mami Kakudo on vibraphone, Julia shortreed on six vocal tracks, and NY-based singer/songwriter/trombonist Corey King on vocals. New York-based singer/songwriter/trombonist Corey King sings and writes lyrics on six of the vocal tracks. The album has a consistent mood that resonates with post-classical/indie classical music, but at the same time, it has a variety of songs that could be considered jazz or beat music, and a sense of how to make it work as pop music. It is truly a new type of chamber music that cinematically evokes various scenes in the listener's mind.

ceroのメインコンポーザーでもある気鋭の音楽家が作り上げた初のソロ作は絵画やインスタレーション作品などから得た着想を元に、弦楽、木管、サンプリングなど、様々なテクスチャーを折り重ね構築した10の楽曲からなるアルバム作品。共同プロデューサー/ベースに千葉広樹、ドラムに渡健人、ストリングスに関口将史、田島華乃、須原杏、松本有里、ホーンに大石俊太郎、ビブラフォンに角銅真実、6曲のボーカル曲にはJulia shortreed、NYを拠点に活動するシンガー・ソングライター/トロンボーン奏者Corey Kingが歌唱・歌詞で参加と多彩なゲストを迎え制作された。作品を通して、ポスト・クラシカル/インディー・クラシックにも共振するような一貫したムードを持ちながらも、ジャズやビートミュージックにも捉えることができるような楽曲ごとのバラエティと、それをポップスとしても成立させる為のセンスが随所に感じられる。シネマティックに聴き手に様々なシーンを想起させる、まさに新しいタイプのチェンバーミュージックと言える。
