The album features guest musicians such as HICKSVILLE, MASHAMARO, a new band with Masatoshi Mashima of The Cro-Magnons, Megumi Mashiro (Cho), who has supported numerous artists, and Kei Okubokei (Key), who is active in Urbangarde. The cover design is by Sally Kubota, formerly of The Phantom Gift and now a musician and designer as Sally Soul Stew.

The HIGHの2年ぶりとなるセカンド・アルバムが完成。前作はプロデュースにTHE COLLECTORSの山森 JEFF 正之氏を迎えモッズ色の強い作品だったが、今回はセルフ・プロデュースを行い、バンドの魅力である1960年代のスウィンギン・ロンドンの煌びやかさ(そのムードを初めて日本に持ち込んだ先駆者ムッシュかまやつ氏とザ・スパイダース大リスペクト!)と1970年代パワーポップのエッセンスに、THE YELLOW MONKEYやRED WARRIORSなどに代表されるジャパニーズ・ロックの艶やかさを融合させたバラエティーにとんだロック・アルバムになっている。今回の作品にはゲスト・ミュージシャンとしてHICKSVILLE、ザ・クロマニヨンズの真島昌利氏との新バンド「ましまろ」の他、数々のアーティストのサポートを行っている真城めぐみ(Cho)、アーバンギャルドなどで活躍している、おおくぼけい(Key)が参加し。ジャケット・デザインは元ザ・ファントムギフト、現在ではサリー・ソウル・シチューとしてミュージシャン、デザイナーと多岐にわたり活躍しているサリー久保田を起用。
