2011年現在のV系シーンで同期を入れた音が多い中、あえて今は「ROCKで同期が少ないバンド」をしようと意気投合し、Baちょび(Ex: xTRiPx)とGt.将吾(Ex: xTRiPx)を中心に結成。その後Vo.CHISA(Ex: NEXX)とDr.慧(Ex: LANDZ)が加わり現メンバーが揃い、活動を開始。2011年12月より、バンドスタートの正式発表まで毎回ゲストボーカルを招待する継続セッションバンド「企画もの」を結成し、ファンの間で早くも話題沸騰。そして2012年・・・。「DIV」(ダイヴ)がいよいよ姿を現す! A Typeは、CD(全6曲)+DVD(PV収録)の2枚組。
