The new sound of the twins, who have created the core of the sound of Loco Holidays, Starwagon, and Penpals, is a music that has been reborn, or rather, re-constructed and subtly terminated, as in the words "See you again, baby", by throwing all the elements of their past experiences into the furnace. However, as the very first song states, "No more rock, no more. The sound and lyrics are, in a manner of speaking, "Noritenkaoshi me". However, despite the twists and turns, in the end, what these two guitarists and drummers create is an eternal return to the rock format, or perhaps that is all they can do, but that is exactly what SOKUTEN KAITO is. The sound of the band has become thicker and more energetic.

Never Stay…今作は2005年以来活動して来た彼らの、会場限定以外で初の音源となる。決して留まらない彼らの活動の通過点を示すこの音源は、彼らが今までと変わらずロックでこれからもずっとロックであることを示している。2005年末に解散したPENPALSの上条欽也と上条盛也の二人が、飾るものはない最小限の音で最高の親和感を表現する。Loco Holidays、Starwagon、Penpals。そのサウンドの中心を作り出してきた双子が新たに奏でる音は、過去の経験の全ての要素を一度溶鉱炉にぶち込み、「また会おうぜ、ベイビー」の言葉通りに再生、いや、新たに構築されつつも微妙にターミネートされたミュージックである。 しかし、一番最初に創られた曲に於いて「ロックはいいや、もう。」と謳っているように、所謂ロック、ロック云々、等などを語る事にほとほとうんざりしているようで、音も歌詞も言ってみれば則天去私である。とはいえ、紆余曲折を経ても、結局のところこの二人のギター&ドラムが創り出すものは永劫回帰、ロックというフォーマットに なってしまう、もしくはそれしかできないのかもしれないが、そこがまさに則天去私である。2010年より宮田 禎忠(PLAY NOTE)が正式加入。より厚みを増したサウンドで精力的に活動中。
