HEAVY METAL魂を胸に、刹那さと熱さと過剰なソウルとワールド・ミュージックを、宇宙規模のプログレ解釈で現代に伝える感動の奇跡ミュージック誕生!NATSUMENのAxSxEプロデュースによる最高傑作!97年にトリオ・バンドとして結成され活動を開始。01年にNATSUMENの前身バンドでもあるex-BOATの坂井キヨオシ(Piano)が加入。その後数枚のオムニバス参加を経て、04年にまつきあゆむ等を輩出するmona recordsよりミニ・アルバム「music from the mars」でデビュー。SEA AND CAKEがMAHAVISHNU ORCHESTRAをカバーしたかの様な、ロックで歌ものでアーバンでプログレで踊れる独創的スタイルが各方面で話題となる。翌年10月にはフル・アルバム「summery」を同じくmona recordsより発売。このアルバムではイトケン氏(Harpy、zuppa di pesce、飛頭、DCPRG等多数でプレイ)をプロデュースに迎えた他、人気絶頂の口口口のメンバー等が参加したのも話題となった(レコ発イベントでは口口口とキセルが出演)。アルバム発売時期には、雑誌MARQUEEが主催する"MARQUEE NIGHT"に七尾旅人、ニルギリスと共に出演する等、世間的な評価と注目度もグングン上昇中!中心人物の藤井はdowny、KARENのリズム隊を中心に結成されたインスト・バンド、Fresh!に伊東真一(SPARTA LOCALS)の後任ギタリストとして05年より加入し、06年10月には"TOKYO SOUND REVOLUTION"と題された北欧でのフェスティバルにego-wrappin'、MOODMAN等と共に出演。坂井は先日sgt.とのスプリットCDを発売したgood music!のメンバーとしても活動中の他、坂井以外の3人で口口口のバック・バンドを務めたり、女性シンガーELLIE(ex-Love Tambourines)のバックで藤井と大野が参加する等、多方面での活動も活発化している。
