[CD]<Aタイプ> 鮪と苺でマグヴェリー?!神奈川県三浦市出身のギター、ノブと栃木県二宮市出身のボーカル、ジンを中心に結成した歌謡ロックバンド『マグヴェリー』。お互いの出身地の名産である『鮪』と『苺』をバンド名にしてしまう一風変わった4人組バンドが満を持しての全国リリース。彼らの音楽は80年代の歌謡曲を現代のロックサウンドに乗せて表現する、曰く『歌謡ロック』というもの。その代表曲とでも言うべき『横濱純情物語』は成る程どこか懐かしくもあり、コミカルではあるものの新鮮で色彩感あふれるサウンドに仕上がっている。もう一つ彼らの特筆すべき点は『ライブ』を自ら『ライブショウ』と言い切ってしまうエンターテイメント性だ。彼らマグヴェリーの『お茶の間スター』への第一歩となる本作品。見逃す事はできない!!
