※ex.JILS(ジルス)の幸也-YUKIYA-を中心として2007年7月に結成された新バンド。 2007年2月、前作シングルがオリコンインディーズチャート1位という好セールスを 記録しながら、突然JILSの解体を発表した幸也は、2007年5月のJILSラストライブ 直後から準備を開始。 2007年7月7日に正式に新バンドとしてKαin(カイン)の結成が発表された。 すでに7月28日&29日には公式HPのみの告知で新宿ロフトに計1000人以上を動員し デモンストレーションライブを成功させている。 11月11日にはラフォーレミュージアム六本木にて公式初ライブにして、いきなりの初 ワンマン公演が行なわれ、1000人以上を動員。 2008年5月2日に赤坂BLITZでのワンマン公演が行なわれることが発表された。 本作品にはボーナストラックが1曲収録されます。
