エレクトロかつロックでキュート。ギターレス3ピースガールズバンドがお届けする新感覚・都会派ミニマルニュ?ウェーブ・MUSIC!! 2000年東京の某大学にて結成され、2001年『ペディキュア』発売当時の東京ピンサロックスは、SUPER JUNKY MONKYを彷佛とさせるヘビィでファンキーなサウンドで、代名詞は「ミクスチャーギャルバン」であった。2005年発表の『rhthm channel』で初めてセルフプロデュースを行う。このアルバムから打ち込みやアナログシンセを導入し、よりスタイリッシュなサウンドになっていく。その流れの中で音楽性の違いが生まれ、ギタリストが脱退。彼女達は、より自分達の好きなものを追求し始めた結果「ギターレス3ピース・ミニマルニュ?ウェーブバンド」として生まれ変わった。日本ではめずらしい編成の上、技術もセンスもありミュージシャンリスペクトを多く受けるようになった彼女達。外国の人々にも受けがよく、U.K.ツアーを敢行した。今回は、ライブで評判の良い曲を5曲収録。このミニマルな世界観は、緊張感たっぷりの儀式のようであり。そこに触れた人すべてを魅了すること間違いないだろう。
