2003年4月エイプリルフールに、Drums:KEM、Bass Synth:MARIO(ex WARIO)、Guitar:KTR、Analog Synth:2ch、Vocal:U-YA YORK、Vocal:A2CITYの6人編成で結成。インダストリアルボディービート、ニューウェイブ、ヒップホップなどを消化した魅惑と困惑のエレクトロサウンドで、今までにDOPE(u.s.a)・SNAIL RAMP・妄想族・デスサーフ2000・オシリペンペンズ・LIMITED EXPRESS (has gone?)・韻踏合組合・EDGE OF SPIRIT・1番星クルーなど様々なアーティストと共演し大絶賛を浴びる。2003年にライブ会場のみで発売したデモCD-Rはクロスビート誌、久保憲司氏のコラムで『今年のNo.1シングル』と評され瞬く間に1000枚を完売。また、2004年11月よりUE神(ex-DEATH SURF2000)率いるEERECTIONNと共にスタートさせた最新型エレボディパーティ『CAUTION』は、Joseph Nothing(planet-μ,ROMZ)、サイケアウツG (ROMZ)、Dj TUTTLE(イヌパラダイス,CISCO)などを招き、毎回失神、骨折などの負傷者が出るほどの熱狂的な盛り上がりを見せ、それを世界的に広げるべくして今回の1st ALBUMが発売される運びとなった!いよいよDAMAGEによる世界への反抗が始まる!?
