Defect初となるデビューシングルGlory。 作詞はリーダーであるRYUSEIが手掛けた。 今回のテーマは「光」 この日本で起こる、そして誰でもいつかは経験する悲しい事やつらい事は絶対に乗り越えられる。 信じていれば光は必ず掴めるというリーダー、そしてメンバーの思いから作られたソング。 去年に起こった東日本大震災への復興のエールも詩の中に入っている。 デビューシングルだけあって作詞や楽曲にも余念がなく、かなりの時間を費やして出来たこのシングル… メンバーにとってもここからがDefectの始まり。 必ず皆様の心に響くモノを届けてくれるでしょう。 関西を拠点に活動し、各それぞれ多方面で活躍していた大阪を代表するカリスマが集結…自ら設立したF.B.S RECORDSよりリーダーを努めDefectとしてグループを組みCD デビューをする。Defectは不良、欠陥という意味がある。リーダーを務めるRYUSEIの思いから命名された。過去にどんな過ちがあっても希望、信念を持てば何でも出来るという思いからこの名前が付けられました。友情、絆、魂をテーマとして活動を開始。F.B.S RECORDSの訳はFriendship(友情)、Bonds(絆)、Soul(魂)の略であり、活動のテーマに基づいている。今後はCD発売だけでなくLIVEや各メンバーの活かしたジャンルでも活躍していく。必ず皆をエンターテイメントに導いてくれる事だろう。
