須貝智郎プロデュースによる待望のベストアルバム。第19回全国都市緑化フェア'02イメージソング「花が咲いた」、NHKみんなのうた「名もない花のように」を含む全42曲入り★1996年春、須貝智郎氏に師事し、農作業を手伝いながら本格的な作詞・作曲活動を始める。YTSボランティアキャンペーンソングの手話で唄う「平和」「見上げてごらん」が大ブレーク。NHK教育テレビ「みんなの手話」にも出演し、手話で唄うシンガーソングライターとして、脚光をあびる。2001年2月にはNHKみんなのうた「名もない花のように」で同40周年記念コンサート(NHKホール)に出演。2002年6月～8月 第19回全国都市緑化フェアのイメージソング「花が咲いた」をリリースし、県知事より「花咲か大使」に任命されるなど、今のりにのっているAKEMIがおくるベストアルバム。「BEST SELECTION」と「KIDS VERSION」のCD2枚組でいよいよ発売!!
