I really loved the singles on this album. Videos on there were pretty cool, too. There was the actual "Redemption" video, but there was also a music video that used scenes from the game to go with the "Redemption" track. I'm really hooked on this song right now.

This is a great collection, worthy of any Dirge fans and especially Gackt fans. The music videos are gorgeous, although I wish Gackt's version had better CG. The Dirge of Cerberus music video is stunning and even features Gackt briefly (without the ugly braids that he sported during his Osaka Diabolos concert). "Redemption" is a great song, which is proven by the fact that it is not boring in its instrumental version (if you happen to be listening instead of singing along, of course).

Another great release by Gackt. His hard rock style in this 'Redemption' is amazing and catchy. 'Longing' works as a great compliment to 'Redemption' and gives the listener a great mix of romance/rock/synthesized music all in 1 Single package. The DVD is great as well, sporting the amazing music video for 'Redemption'. I highly recommend this item to all Gackt and music fans.

Like always this is a great and powerful song as is Ash which I really like. With power and life infused, this is a great cd.

This Cd&DVD comes in a DVD case with one FFVII page and a douple page with the lyrics of the songs in the "holder" of the case. Redemption is something between J-Pop and J-Rock and an powerful song. Longing is to set between J-Pop and J-Rock as well, not that powerful than Redemption but nice to listen to. Both songs reminds of Diabolos. The two videos which are included are the Redemption PV in which Gackt is dressed in his FFVII costume. The second video is a video made of FFVII-DoC scenes.

Very cool Redemption single from Gackt. The DVD has two music videos on it. The one with Gackt in it is just plan awesome (his dreds were wierd though). Redemption is a great song and Longing is just as good. I like this new sound from Gackt and I hope he continues with his amazing composing and songwriting.

All components are great: very good Gackt's music, very good videos, and, if you are a fan of Final Fantasy, probably you'd love FF7: Dirge of Cerverus video with Gackt's Redemption. All of theese details make this a "must have" item if you are a fan of Gackt and Final Fantasy.

This limited edition set comes housed in a DVD sized case with "pages" inside to hold the CD and DVD. The CD single is comprised of the title track 'REDEMPTION', its coupling 'LONGING' and the istrumental for each. REDEMPTION is an addictive rock/pop track that being used as the theme for the PS2 game Dirge of Cerberus. LONGING, a dark power ballad, is also being used as an insert song in the game. Both songs come off as addictive and smooth and are stylisticly similar to Gackt's last album, Diabolos. The DVD contains two clips. The first is the regular PV for the song REDEMPTION. It features Gackt and company in Final Fantasy-esque clothing. In fact, Gackt is wearing his constume which he appears in for the games special ending. The second clip is a fantastic blend of FMV and in game graphics strait from Dirge of Cerberus set to its theme song. The CD sinlge is wonderful and the DVD content is more wonderful still. This a a very solid and enjoyable purchase, well worth its price.

EXCELLENT!! The product is amazing! I liked this release alot though the songs sounded abit like songs from "Diablos"... the music that Gackt creates is unquestionably amazing, the combinations of guitars are unique and fascinating... accompanied by the alluring vocals , this release is one of the best ones!! I recommend this to everyone!

I've never heard the songs before till i actually got it and yes, it was definitely worth waiting! The cover was so gorgeous i'm in love with it. And of course, Gackt's voice and the man himself. Great album.

What can I say, it's Gackt and Final Fantasy, a perfect match. This dvd would be perfect for any Final Fantasy gamer or any fan girl in love with Gackt.

Both songs are beautiful! And the Redemption PV is superb work of art. Gackt just keeps getting better and better. <3

Get this great DVD while stock lasts!! This DVD contains 2 music videos..Gackt Redemption music clip and a FFVII:DOC video with the redemption song. Get this!! You wont be disappointed!!

Gackt since his last album Diabolos has decide to return has its first loves, while doing more rock songs with a key of pop one. The result? An almost total reussite for this single, that puts in forms and that remains for us enough quickly so it is catchy. If you are Gackt's fans and than you want a return to the source you will not be disapointed.

When I purchased this item I was not expecting to music videos for FF7:DOC to be so good. but when i saw the video it ROCKED. This is a must have item.

I absolutely LOVE this single! It reminds me a little of Noesis, but with an extra kick to it. Featured as the Dirge of Cerberus opening theme song, the lyrics fit right into the games main theme. The limited edition also comes with a DVD featuring the PV for REDEMPTION and a special preview for Dirge of Cerberus to the music of the single as well. LONGING, the Dirge of Cerberus ending theme was a tiny bit lacking, and the screaming girls part really threw me off, but I still loved the tune. I highly recommend this for a long-time listener, or as a first-time listener!

This is really just Wow. The song is so good that I ha to rehear it at least 10 times or so, bevor hearing any other. And the PV is such incredible *.* It brings me to want to play the final fantasy game. But I am afraid, I have to watit till it is released in germany ~.~ For all those who like especially the songs of Gackt with a little more "power" this song is a really must have.

Redemption is by far one of the most unique game music you'll find in the role-playing genre. While deviating from the norm of bubblegum pop, Redemption manages to convey the despair that you gamers out there will feel while playing the game. It is a must-have for any Dirge of Cerberus die-hard fan. If you get the limited edition, it comes with a cool music video together with an action-packed game trailer.
