1982年に安全地帯として「萠黄色のスナップ」でメジャーデビューしてから40周年、さらに1987年にシングル「All I Do」でソロデビューしてから35周年を迎えた玉置浩二。その歌声は奇跡ともいわれ、今なお、多くの人々を魅了する存在である。そのアニバーサリーイヤーの特別記念公演として、玉置浩二が建設中にスタッフの前でギターを片手に曲を披露したといわれる河口湖ステラシアターでオーケストラとのコラボコンサートを開催。世界的指揮者大友直人が率いる群馬交響楽団の演奏にのせて、雄大な富士山の麓を舞台に繰り広げられる、まさに玉置浩二が導く「理想郷」。そして8月から11月にかけては全国25カ所28公演の35周年アニバーサリーツアーを展開、最新ソロツアーの中から仙台公演の模様完全収録。小編成のバンドによるぬくもりあるサウンドとメロディーに乗せて"郷愁"を歌い上げる奇跡のステージ。記念すべきアニバーサリーイヤーならではのオーケストラ公演とソロツアーを完全収録した待望の映像商品。
