2012年8月4日に十勝エコロジーパークにて10,000人を集めて開催された「デビュー35周年記念 松山千春 Summer Live In 十勝」を収録したDVD。故郷の十勝でLIVEを行うこと自体が34年ぶりとなり、公演前から松山千春自身が「最後の野外LIVE」と公言していた貴重なLIVEであり、当日は代表曲である「旅立ち」や「恋」、「長い夜」などを熱唱、さらには懇意な間柄であるTUBEの前田亘輝や同郷の元モーニング娘。の安倍なつみ、舞台「旅立ち～足寄より～」にて松山千春役を演じた三浦祐太朗らも駆けつけ、「大空と大地の中で」を合唱し会場を沸かせた。当商品はアンコールを含め21曲を熱唱した上記LIVEをほぼ完全に収録した作品となる。また、LIVE時のオフショット映像も収録予定。
