エレニの帰郷 / 洋画
半世紀に及ぶ壮大な愛の叙事詩をオールスターキャストで描く、20世紀最高の映画作家と讃えられたテオ・アンゲロプスの遺言! ――二十世紀末、ローマのチネチッタ撮影所で映画監督"A"(ウィレム・デフォー)は、中断していた作品―ベルリンを舞台に、歴史的事件と彼の両親のパーソナルな人生との関係を描く―の撮影を再開しようとしていた。"A"の母親エレニ(イレーヌ・ジャコブ)は、女性大生の時、秘密警察に逮捕されるも脱走するが、恋人のスピロス(ミシェル・ピッコリ)とは離れ離れになってしまう。1953年、スピロスはギリシャ難民の町テミルタウに辿り着き、友人ヤコブ(ブルーノ・ガンツ)と共に集会に参加していたエレニと再会し、互いの愛を確認する。しかし、スターリン死去による混乱のなか、二人は逮捕され、別々にシベリアへと送られる。既にスピロスの子を身ごもっていたエレニを、彼女の後を追うようにシベリアへと送られたヤコブが支えていくが・・・。ブックレット封入(予定)。
