Side-Aに収録の"That's My Heart Beating"は、グルーヴィなシンセ・ベースと80sテイストなシンセが印象的な、アーバン・メロウかつネオソウルな、まさに何周目かの「旬」を捉えた楽曲。この7インチでは、本来6分以上ある本作を、高宮永徹がここでしか聴けないSpecial 7" ヴァージョンにエディットを施した。対してB-Sideに収録の"COLD"は、タイトでグルーヴィなブレイクビーツを軸にしたUKソウル・テイストでありながらも、現代的な音色使いとセンスで構築された、ダンスフロア直結の楽曲。R&B、SOUL、DISCOに対するリスペクトを感じさせつつ、今の時代感を反映し、しっかりとアップデートした本作品、両面ともに全ての音楽ファンに捧げる1枚!
