盗作に手を染めた作家の前に現われた顔のない死体と彼女にうり二つの美女。漫画家・中村明日美子のスキャンダラスで官能的な心理サスペンスを前田敦子主演でドラマ化! ――ある日、謎の死を遂げた美しい女性・藤乃朱 (前田敦子)。彼女と入れ替わるように、朱の双子の妹と名乗る桜 (前田敦子) が人気作家・溝呂木舜 (北村有起哉) の前に現われた。実は溝呂木は、朱の小説「ウツボラ」を盗作していたのだ。「ウツボラ」の原稿を持つ桜は、溝呂木にある提案を持ちかける。やがて深い闇へと追い詰められていく溝呂木。一方で、刑事たちは朱の死の真相を追っていた。全8話収録。
