The jacket design is a transcription by Yoshiharu Sato, an animator who worked as an animation director on "The World Masterpiece Theater Series" and "My Neighbor Totoro", who was a fan of "Ashita e Attack! --Seimitsu Misa has moved up to the third grade at Tachibana High School and plans to devote the last year of her high school life to volleyball. However, a year earlier, the school's volleyball team had virtually stopped its activities after a tragedy in which a member of the team died due to the grueling practice sessions. Misa tries her best to recruit new members in order to rebuild the volleyball club. This is an animated sports animation planned in anticipation of the 1978 Volleyball World Cup held in Japan.
