The solo project of Usakura Beni, a former member of the idol group "Avandando" and owner of the local little store NARUHESON;S in Kobe as well as a multi-talented idol, has changed its name to "usabeni" for this release. The single "Cosmic Dress" written and arranged by Hana Tsuruuchi, which was released this spring, is re-recorded in this album. The new songs are composed by Emiri Kano, who was in charge of sound production for the 1st mini-album, as well as by Nanao Tabito, Yurumelu Mo! and bassist Munenoh Matsuo, formerly of Instant Citron. The genre-less songs are gathered together to create the ultimate pop album that weaves together textures. The remixes were created by Korea-based trackmaker baehyuni, and the album is an innovative work befitting a fresh start as "usabeni".

自主制作盤1stミニアルバム"NEW"から約一年。2ndミニアルバム"textures!"で遂に全国リリースが決定! アイドルグループ「あヴぁんだんど」の元メンバーであり、神戸のローカルリトルショップ・NARUHESON;Sのオーナーも務め、多岐に渡る活動を行うマルチアイドル・宇佐蔵べにのソロプロジェクトは、名義を本リリースから"usabeni"に変更。本作には今春シングルリリースしたつるうちはな作編曲"コズミックドレス"が再収録。新曲には1stミニアルバムで全曲サウンドプロデュースを担当した加納エミリ、七尾旅人やゆるめるモ! など多くのアーティストを手掛ける音楽プロデューサー安原兵衛、元インスタントシトロンのベーシスト、松尾宗能など豪華制作陣が参加。ジャンルレスな楽曲が集い、まさにテクスチャーを織りなす究極のポップ・アルバムが完成した。またリミックスは韓国在住のトラックメイカー、baehyuniが手掛け、"usabeni"としての再出発に相応しいイノヴェイティブな作品となっている。
