2015年8月8日(土)・9日(日)の2日間、メンバーの故郷 大阪・大泉緑地にて初の単独野外LIVE"flumpool 真夏の野外LIVE2015「FOR ROOTS」～オオサカ・フィールズ・フォーエバー～"を開催。自分たちの原点回帰と故郷へのエールという意味も含め開催された今回のLIVEは、flumpool史上最大規模となった。 Disc1には、その記念すべきLIVEの2日目公演の模様を、オープニングから全曲余すことなく収録。大盛況となった地元でのLIVEの会場の興奮や熱気、水柱が上がり駆け抜ける清涼感、緑あふれる自然をそのまま凝縮したパッケージ! メンバーの原点でもあるアコースティックサウンドをベースとした楽曲や、新曲「夏よ止めないで ～You're Romantic～」、「花になれ」「星に願いを」などのキラーチューンを、新旧問わず、アンコールを含めて約20曲披露。 Disc2には、開催が決まった時からのメンバーの「FOR ROOTS」に懸ける想いをライブに至るまでのメイキング映像でつづり、本番前日の現地リハーサルから本番当日のバックステージの様子を密着撮影したドキュメンタリー映像を収録。そして、伝説となりつつある突然の豪雨で中断したにも関わらず劇的な再開を果たし、メンバーも「一生忘れられない」と言い切る1日目のハイライトもその舞台裏に完全密着! なお、公演1日目だけに演奏された楽曲のライブシーンも収録。更には、会場内で収録した観客の映像コメントもドキュメントの構成の中で使われている。 ハード仕様3方背ケース、コレクターズフォトブック (約100ページ/撮り下ろしの写真、リハーサルの様子、バックステージの貴重なオフショットを多数掲載)封入。
