It only took 7 days to arrive and I absolutely loved it. The album cover, the CD and the DVD all look very cute and both the songs and videos are some of the best she's ever made. The booklet is also great and it's full of cute Ayu pictures. It's not very cheap but it's definitely worth the money I spent on it.

I'm really happy that I bought this album! I think it's my favorite Ayu album. This is a very good CD! It has amazing songs! The DVD is also great!

This is an amazing album. I love the songs "Alterna", "Fairyland", "Ladys night", "Heaven", "Step you" and "Bold & delicious". The videos are so cool "Alterna", "Ladysnight" and "Step you". Also includes a special booklet with ayu's cute photos!!!!

just cant get enough of ayu! and cdjapan always gets the good high quality stuffs!^_^awesome cd/dvd loaded with everything an ayu fan needs.

This album is really nice. I had to get used to the songs but I really like "Ladies Night", "alterna", "Will, and "HEAVEN". The PV's are good too! "alterna", "Fairyland", and "is this LOVE" are worth watching! Enjoy~

Ayumi is funny and special, now her songs are great, specially HEAVEN, STEP YOU and FAIRYLAND, the video clips have a great photograpy and detail, but the video from HEAVEN more, i don't know how describe it. About the Video from bold and delisious, is different because the scenary is N.Y. city (or Manhatan, i don't know).

I've known Ayu since December and this was the first album and I loved when I downloaded it, so finally I've been able to buy it. All songs rock but my favourites are STEP you, fairyland, HEAVEN, Pride, Beautiful Day and rainy day. The PVs are so cool, specially the STEP you and Ladies Night ones. Even though people say this album is the worst of her career I love it and I'll always remember it, specially 'cause it's the first Ayu album I've listened and the first Ayu CD I've bought

I love this CD and I listen to it every chance I get. Her music's so infectious and addictive! The DVD with music videos is a nice addition too!

As Ayumi Hamasaki grows and evolves as an artist, her music just gets better and better. Composition, arrangement, vocals, everything is first-rate here. Not a single bad song on the album. In fact, not even an average song - they are all very good. My only complaint with this album is that many of the songs written by Sweetbox also appear in English on Sweetbox' album, Addicted. Specifically: Pride, Bold & Delicious, Rainy Day (Every Step), Ladies Night, and Beautiful Day (Beautiful Girl). Sweetbox, like Hamasaki, is on the Avex label and I think Avex should not have released both albums so close to each other. Still, listening to the two, you can definitely hear Hamasaki's influence on the Sweetbox-composed songs. The arrangements are slightly different, too. And Ayumi's lyrics are not just simple translations of the words from English to Japanese. She does a lot more than that with the songs. The music videos are very interesting, though some of them don't quite come up to the energy of the songs. Overall, an excellent album and a must-buy for pretty much all J-Pop fans.

What else can be said, other than this CD and DVD combo is a great product! Once again, Ayumi's music is extremely catchy. There are great variations in mood on this CD. I love the DVD (some great music videos!)and the photo booklet (tons of pics)that accompanied the discs as well.

Ayumi has done it again. After her years she changed a lot, but every year she keeps getting better and better and every song she creates, shows her passion for her talent!

Wow... What can I say about this album? It's amazing. I love so many songs in the album. Ayu has definitely became an amazing singer. She has grown so much and came so far. :: sniff sniff :: I'm so proud of you Ayu!!!

this is by far my favorite CD by Ayumi. i actually bought it on a whim because i had never heard anything on it before. and i must say that i was impressed. it is one of my friends favorite CD's as well. totally rockin and totally moving. I strongly reccomend this CD to anyone and everyone. Enjoy!

Her songs are incredible on this album. My favorites are "Heaven" "Beutifull Day" and "Miss Understood". The songs on this album have a lot of variety so you never get bored. This is one of my favorite albums by Ayumi Hamasaki.

This is a must have for Ayu fans who is waiting for something new from Ayu. The Songs and Music Videos are taken to a whole new level. So much more special effects and choreography is being put into place. I must say that the mood of pieces fits the backdrop of the Music Videos very well. One can be pretty taken into the world of her Videos and Music. Her Music Videos never fail to impress me. Ayu-GO!

Not many people like this album and they all blame it on one song. Bold & Delicious. I can't agree with those people. That song is GREAT and the only people to hate it is western people.(or people that are not asians) I think they, I don't hate it, hate it because it reminds them so much of songs they've heard before.Plus it's church-like. I loved this album. But I do agree with other people that some of the songs didn't stand out like other Ayu songs have. But still I think this album is great and I love all the songs. On her past albums I didn't like all the songs. Also, I got this album with the photobook. I'm glad I ordered it in time. The photobook is awsome. Too bad I'm not like other people and got the CD-Only version with the other photobook. lol

I know lot of people don't like what Ayumi is doing, but I really love this album, and I love it more than MY STORY. I really fall in love with the track "(miss)understood", one of the better for me !

Like all Ayumi's album, this one is a quiet good one ! The cover isn't so beautiful but it's beacause of the title of the album "(miss)understood" sounds like "misunderstood" ;) ! All the songs are beautiful, even Bold&Delicious ! When I listened it for the first time, I thought it's an horrible song. But after I re-listened it and I began to like it, now I love it !

New album from the Princess of JPop!! Each of them blows like a bomb, make a happy each of her fans. She's still rule the jpop-industry. Her songs can be more pop-ish (Ladies Night), can be more rock-ish (is this LOVE?), can be just funny and cute (Bold & Delicious), can bring you joy, can make you sad, can make you remember your friends or relatives, because all 16 tracks full of positive energy!

This album is really varied~ from Bold & Delicious to rainy day, there are so many different sounds on this album Bold & Delicious- I usually have a heart attack when this song starts XDXD! It's so loud and catchy... although I generally don't like this style of song, I can't help but sing along to B&D STEP you- Aaahh, this song is so good. The PV for this is really cute, too. Ladies Night- The PV is really creepy O-o; but defintely one of the best on the DVD, I reallly like this song, so catchy! is this LOVE?- so sad~ she conveys the feeling perfectly >w< (miss)understood- this song sounds so powerful *O* alterna- This song flows perfectly after (miss)understood... the PV is really interesting :D In The Corner- Ayu-san's voice sounds really nice in this song criminal- It really fits the image of a criminal perfectly Pride- Sounds kinda like a song from a musical but it's still really pretty! Will- Aah it's so beautiful!! HEAVEN- The bit in this song at around is 1:38 absolutely heavenly!(oh the puns) fairyland- This song feels really nostalgic... Beautiful Day- this song makes me think of someone going on a long car-journey. Dunno why.. rainy day- Absolutely.beautiful. A must-buy-album!!
