The story revolves around a man who has been dedicating all his time in taking care of his sick mother, and a woman who lost her memory. Yuu Inaba (Tsuyoshi Kusanagi), looks after his sick mother while working as a glass craftsman in Yamagata. He had never fell in love in his life. Monami Ishikawa (Miki Imai) visits Yamagata who was on a journey to find the special sakura tree which blooms in the winter time. . . One day, Yuu passes by Monami and immediately falls in love with her beauty. Though instantly after Yuu experiences his love at first sight, Monami gets her purse snatched where she also loses her memory from the shock from the incident. Yuu offers a room at his place for Monami who could no longer remember where she came from or who she even was. The only clue she had was a picture of a cherry blossom branch found in her digital camera. Includes episodes 1-10.
