鈴村健一プロデュースのアドリブ舞台「AD-LIVE 2021」の9月25日 (出演: 畠中祐、八代拓) 公演を映像化。――今年のテーマは「if～建前と本音～」。「もし、あのときの選択が違ったら人生はどうなっただろう・・・」。そんな誰もが思い描く「if」の世界が今年のテーマとなる。今年の「AD-LIVE」で例年と大きく異なるのが、二幕構成だということ。物語は一幕、二幕ともに同じ設定で展開されるが、キャストは一幕では「建前」を、そして二幕では「本音」を演じる。演出ギミックや一幕のオチはくじによって決められ、物語はさらに予想もつかない展開を生み出す。人生の岐路によって枝分かれした2つの物語。「建前」と「本音」で物語にどんな変化が起きるのか? そんな物語の舞台となるのが「あなたの夢をサポートする会社」、夢之助本舗。日本のホテル王だった「叶夢之助」が創始者の謎多き会社。人生の目標である「夢」に絡む「建前」と「本音」・・・。登場人物たちはどんな夢を描き、「建前」と「本音」をどう演じ分けるのか・・・? 2つの物語はどんな結末を迎えるのか・・・? 昼・夜公演をそれぞれ収録した2枚組。特製ブックレット封入。
