Buying from the Mercari is simple. Simply make a request using the request form on the link below.Only requests from Mercari Japan (https://jp.mercari.com/) are available. Not from Mercari US.
How to Request
In the request form, please enter the title of the product you want to buy and the URL to the product in Mercari.After confirming your request, we will inform you of the product page at CDJapan where you can order the product.
How to Purchase
After your request, CDJapan staff will check the product and seller information and prepare a product page in CDJapan usually within 1 to 3 business days.When you receive an email notification that the item is available for purchase, please make your purchase on CDJapan. After confirming your purchase, CDJapan staff will purchase the item on your behalf on Mercari.
Important Notes About Proxy Shopping Service
