The title song "Sai & Ko" is used for a TV commercial by Coca Cola, in which Kyary Pamyu Pamyu appears. Also includes "Cosmetic Coaster," a theme song made for an attraction in Universal Studios Japan, "Kyary Pamyu Pamyu XR Ride," as well as an extended version of "Mondai Girl." The limited edition includes a bonus DVD with excerpts from her tour in 2015, "Crazy Party Night 2015."

As for the limited edition of the greatest hits album, it features face-shaped packaging, and consists of 3 CD discs and a DVD disc (subject to change).
