Art Exhibition "Hatsune Miku Chronicle" Official Visual Book

Hatsune Miku continues to be created by a large number of creators, transcending genres such as music, illustration, and video. Following the opening of "Hatsune Miku Chronicle" art exhibition, we have compiled a vast record of the 14 years since the release of Hatsune Miku's software in 2007, from a character perspective. A timeline filled with a wide range of information and interviews with the people and creators involved, will be used to introduce the history of the project. The book also includes a look at the art exhibition "Hatsune Miku Chronicle" (held from July 22 to August 22, 2021), making-of materials, and illustrations created for the exhibition. The cover of the standard edition features the main visual of the "Hatsune Miku Chronicle" art exhibition. The cover design is different from the special cover edition.

インターネットを中心に、音楽、イラスト、動画などジャンルを超え今もなお、多くのクリエイターたちによる創作が続く「初音ミク」。今回、アート展「初音ミク・クロニクル」の開催を機に、2007年の「初音ミク」のソフトウェア発売から14年にわたる膨大な記録を「キャラクター」という観点からまとめました。幅広く情報満載の年表や、関係者・クリエイターなどへの取材内容を交えて、これまでの軌跡をご紹介します。アート展「初音ミク・クロニクル」会場の様子(2021年7月22日~8月22日開催)やメイキング資料、このアート展のための描き下ろしイラストなども詰め込んだ1冊です。当時を知るクリエイターやファンの皆さんには振り返るきっかけに。また最近「初音ミク」を知った方には、もっと「初音ミク」を楽しむきっかけになれば、という想いを込めた企画が満載です。 ※通常版は、アート展「初音ミク・クロニクル」のメインビジュアルがカバーとなっています。 ※スペシャルカバー版とはカバーデザインが異なります。
