HEATH (Hiroshi Morie) was best known as the bass guitarist of the rock band X JAPAN.

He met the members of X JAPAN through HIDE when he was 22 years old, and joined the band two years later in 1992.

X JAPAN was originally called X, but changed its name to X JAPAN when HEATH joined the band.
Because they realized that there was another band with the same name in the U.S. before making their international debut.


X JAPAN is the pioneer of visual-kei bands.
They gained worldwide popularity, touring the world many times.


HEATH has continued to work with the members of X JAPAN since the band's breakup and reunion.

He also acted in other bands such as Dope HEADz with I.N.A. of Hide with Spread Beaver and PATA of X JAPAN.

In July 2023, they released a new song "Angel."
Also in August of the year, HEATH performed at the final performance of YOSHIKI's dinner show.
