The manga works that legendary anime director Kon drew in his pre-animation days will be published in a series of wide editions [Nama Genko version]. "Wide Edition" is a B5 size that is different from the comics published in the past. This is a reproduction of the same size as when the work was first published in magazines. "Nama GEnko ver.": The pencil lines and cut-and-paste shading of the original manuscript paper are preserved, and parts that were cut off and not seen in the past are retained in the printing (reproduced in one color). Contents: The second volume of "Yume no Kaseki - Satoshi Kon's Complete Short Stories," (Kodansha, Ltd.), a collection of short stories compiled after his death, divided into two volumes and arranged in the order of his works. This volume contains a group of works from 1987, the year he graduated from university: "Aketezo Kesa wa," "KIDNAPPERS," "Okyakusma," "Waira," "PICNIC," "Taiyo no Kanata," "JOYFULBELL," "Sabaku no Iruka," and "Bashoo no Boken." *The original manuscript of "Sabaku no Iruka" has not been located, so this is not a "Nama Genko ver." but a restoration from the first publication magazine.
