2021年4月17日(土) TSUTAYA O-EASTのライブを以って解散するBlu-BiLLioNが、そのラストライブを収録した映像作品をリリース。既に公演チケットはソールドアウトしている事に加え、コロナ禍で会場に足を運ぶことが難しい全国のファンに向けても最後のステージを届けたいという想いから急遽リリースが決定。本来なら昨年2020年にラストツアーを行う予定だったがコロナ禍で延期となり、現在約1年ぶりに再開されたラストツアーを敢行中の彼ら。各地のファンへの想いや、これまでの感謝を伝えるため1本1本のライブに力を注いでいる。ラストライブは配信も行われるが、リリースされるDVDには配信とは異なる再編集ver.を収録予定。限定メモリアル豪華版にはラストライブの映像に加えて、ラストツアーを含むオフショット映像や過去のMusic Clipをすべて収録したDVD、ライブの臨場感をそのままCDに落とし込んだライブ音源CDを付属。さらにブックレットにはラストライブやラストツアー写真の収録はもちろん、Blu-BiLLioNの集大成ともいえるメモリアルな内容を収録予定。パスステッカー封入。
